On December7, 1941, in a peaceful morning, the Japanese troops suddenly attacked Pearl Harbor, the largest naval base in the Pacific Ocean. Bombing carried out more than two hours. It made 18 ships of the U.S. Pacific Fleet sink or get serious injuries. What’s worse, the number of the injured, the dead and the lost were countless. On December 8, President Roosevelt declared war against Japan. Since then, the United States formally joined World War II.

In this grand historical context, the films focused on the emotional entanglements between a pretty battlefield nurse and two brave pilots. Rafe and Danny are a pair of intersecting friends for years. After the outbreak of World War II, even though Rafe and J Rafe fell in deep with love with local navy nurse Evelyn, he still volunteered to  serve in the Royal Air Force. At the same time, Danny was to send troops to the air force base in Pearl Harbor. Although Rafeand Evelyn are in the different places, they still deeply love each other.
