The leader of Theft syndicate Charlie  succeeded in stealing a batch of gold bars worth of millions of dollars and his partners including crime expert Steve, computer genius Lyle, drag racing handsome Rob,  explosives experts "left ear" and unlock veteran John.   Just when they opened the Champagne for celebration, Steve  had  set a trap for sudden betrayal and robbed the gold bars. John Bridger tried to stop, but was shotted by Steve, while others were pushed into the bottom of the cold lake by Steve's associates.     One year later,  after Charlie found Steve with others,  he wanted to jump back and got ready to made a great haul. However, this time was not

 for the money but for revenge. They looked for the daughter of John Bridge- a pretty woman named Stella who had steel-like willpower and was a unlock master and persuaded her to join in their action.

In California, they sought out Steve and used Stella to hook him. After dealing,  the intelligent Steve saw through the Stella's identity. Therefore,  confronting between two sides can't be avoided.

In order to transfer the gold bars, Steve  personally  escort by flying helicopter regardless of the risk of life. But Charlie began to try their best to drive the modified MINI COOPER to madly  chase the truck with the gold bar in the avenue. In the narrow underground tunnel, they led a motorcycle on a heart-pounding car chase.  They even  invaded the Los Angeles traffic control computer system, causing the most serious traffic jam in the history of Los Angels. At last, the two gangs  faced a life and death showdown.
